Former Coalgate Youth Pastor in court

COAL COUNTY, OK -- A former Coalgate Youth Pastor had his day in court Thursday, for multiple charges of sexual abuse against children.

28-year-old Dustin Ray Werneburg was in the Coal County courtroom Thursday morning for a motion docket. The motion docket is continued until the 20th of December at 9 a.m.

Police say Werneburg was taken into custody 3 weeks ago, at Blanchard Middle School, where he was working as a teachers aid.

He's charged with three counts of second degree rape, three counts of forcible sodomy, a charge of lewd or indecent proposals to a child, and lewd molestation.

Investigators say all these crimes were committed against a girl under the age of 16.
