Former Coalgate Youth Pastor's trial continued

COAL COUNTY, OK -- The preliminary conference hearing for a former Coal County Youth Pastor, accused of raping a minor, has been re-set for next month.

28-year-old Dustin Ray Werneburg was arrested in November, at Blanchard Middle School, where police say he was working as a teacher's aid.

Werneburg is charged with three counts of second degree rape, three counts of forcible sodomy, a charge of lewd or indecent proposals to a child, and lewd molestation.

Investigators say all these crimes were committed against a girl under the age of 16.
