SHERMAN, TX -- A former Sherman insurance agent is facing theft-related charges once again.

Donel Sample pleaded guilty to fraud and forgery charges in 2010. Online Court Records show this week he was indicted on four similar counts of theft-related charges.

Back in 2010 one of Sample's clients told us he sold him insurance, but then pocketed the premium. When the man's home burned down he had no coverage. The charges were filed after an investigation by the Texas Department of Insurance. Sample was ordered to surrender his insurance license and pay restitution.

What he out of jail again? You let a brother do what this man did and the brother would be under the jail and lost in the system. Just goes to show that if you are white and have some connections you can get away with anything. IT ain't right that thief should be in jail where he belongs. Bet he don't go to jail cause his "daddy" gonna get him off again.

you're a wimp if you don't have the courage to use your real name. Why don't you "man" up and quit hiding behind "anonymous", nicknames and such? Notice how I'm using my full name.

Ok so I agree with most of you that most criminals find God only when they go to jail, or know that they are facing some serious time in prision. We know that Donel was trying to change his life or so many of you say but the fact remains that he STILL was doing the things that got him in trouble in the first place. Delicia you can spout scripitures all you want it still does not change the fact that your brother has done wrong and needs to face the fact that he may spend some time in jail for it this time. He really needs too. The one that I feel sorry for is his wife, and family. How could he drag her into this mess? From what I remember your brother has ruined your fathers reputation and lost his business. Does that sound like a good man. All around Sherman people talk about what a smuck your brother is for doing that to his own father not to mention your family. So face facts your brother has not changed no matter what you think. So glad that I was smart enough to get away from him when I did. So again I am not casting stones, for I am not perfect and never have claimed to be. The last perfect person was nailed to the cross and shed his blood for me and my sins, but know a snake when I see one!

You must be his dumb wife that is standing behind her con artist husband. Get a life. Get some smarts, and run. He is using you and your family. He has y'all in the palm of his fat hands. You are really stupid and naive if you let him use you the way he has used so many people. Be careful, your kids just might get taken from you if you continue to stay with with this felon.

I sure hope your eyes are opened before it is to late for you and your family. He has taken advantage of many innocent people over and over again how can you not see that? The only thing that has changed is his game and the people that he now plays. Wake up take a hard look at the things he has done it was only to get what he wants not because he cares, because all he cares about is his self.

He is the biggest wolf in sheeps clothing I have ever known! Don't be fooled if he did nothing wrong why would he be sitting in jail? God forgives and we should too but that doesn't mean I let that wolf near my family again! Got his number!
