SHERMAN, TX -- A former Sherman insurance agent is facing theft-related charges once again.

Donel Sample pleaded guilty to fraud and forgery charges in 2010. Online Court Records show this week he was indicted on four similar counts of theft-related charges.

Back in 2010 one of Sample's clients told us he sold him insurance, but then pocketed the premium. When the man's home burned down he had no coverage. The charges were filed after an investigation by the Texas Department of Insurance. Sample was ordered to surrender his insurance license and pay restitution.
