Former nursing home employee arrested for sexual assault

DENISON, TX-A former Denison nursing home employee accused of sexually assaulting a resident is now behind bars.

53-year-old Dexter Lewis Reynolds was arrested by Denison police for two counts of sexual assault.

Investigators said one of the residents of the Homestead of Denison accused Reynolds of the abuse last May. The Homestead's facility administrator, Alandra Needham said Reynolds was fired immediately and the victim was doing okay.

District Attorney Joe Brown said Reynolds is currently in the Grayson County Jail held on $80,000 bond. He's also wanted in Illinois for sexual assault involving a minor.
