OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Frigid temperatures and icy roads have prompted the closure of schools and businesses throughout Oklahoma.

A wind chill advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Monday for the entire state. Forecasters say wind chill values of minus 5 degrees to 15 degrees below zero will be widespread. Many schools are closed throughout the state, including the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University.

A weekend storm system brought freezing rain and sleet to much of Oklahoma, leaving roads slick and hazardous Monday morning. The slick roads were already blamed for two traffic deaths over the weekend.

On Monday morning, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol closed eastbound Interstate 40 at the Arkansas border because of a multi-vehicle crash involving two tractor-trailers and two other vehicles.
