COLBERT, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the name of a 10-year-old girl who was killed when the sport utility vehicle she was riding in crashed in southeastern Oklahoma.
The OHP says Abigail Jones of Colbert died and three other children were injured when the SUV driven by a 13-year-old boy crashed Sunday afternoon.
The names of the other three children have not been released.
An OHP report says the SUV was travelling at an unsafe speed when it left the road and rolled.
Jones was thrown from the SUV and it came to rest on top of her.
The driver, another 13-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
