Jury deliberates sentence in Grayson Co. murder trial

GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- The jury is deliberating on a sentence for a Grayson County man that was found guilty of murder in the death of his girlfriend's Autistic son at their Denison home last January.

Robert Gray Jr. was found guilty of murder Thursday morning and now faces anywhere from 5 to 99 years in prison.

The jury reached their verdict after about an hour of deliberation.

The victim in the case is Gray's girlfriend's Autistic son, 15-year-old Brandon White was found dead in their Denison home last January.

During testimony we learned Gray used violence to deal with White's autism and bi-polar disorder.

We will be at the courthouse until the jury reaches a sentence.
