45, from Gordonville, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $20,000 Under $100,000 Elderly and was sentenced to 20 years prison, and a $1,000 fine. Walley also pled guilty to Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 24 months state jail.

RUNNELLS, MARCUS
31, from Durant, OK, pled guilty to seven counts of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse Elderly and was sentenced to 15 years prison.

STEENS, TONY
33, from Denison, pled guilty to one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine and one charge of Tamper With Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and was sentenced to 12 years prison.

TAYLOR, BOBBY
57, from Denison, pled guilty to two charges of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 years prison on each.

TORRES, CESAR
20, from Sherman, pled guilty to three charges of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years in prison on each. Torres also pled guilty to one charge of Evading Arrest With Vehicle, and one charge of Fraud Use of Identifying Information and was sentenced to 2 years state jail on each.

42, from Savoy, pled guilty to one charge of Tamper With Physical Evidence and one charge of Theft Property over $20,000 under $100,000 and was sentenced to 10 years prison on each. Stephens also pled guilty to Possession Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 180 days state jail.

43, from Sherman, pled guilty to one charge of Fraud Use/Possession Identifying Information and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail and a $2,000 fine. Parks was also sentenced to 18 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of her probation previously granted for two charges of Debit Card Abuse.

20, from Denison, was sentenced to 15 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Under $20,000.

ONEAL, ALBERT
30, from Gordonville, was sentenced to 12 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for the charge of Attempt to Commit Assault Public Servant. ONeal was also sentenced to 10 years prison, probated 10 years for failing to comply with the terms of his deferred probation previously granted for Sexual Assault.

HOGENSON, RORY
51, from Van Alstyne, was found guilty by a jury of Retaliation and was sentenced by the judge to five years in prison.

HENSON, CHRISTOPHER RYAN
21, from Howe, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with Vehicle and was sentenced to four years in prison. Henson was also sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and three years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and one case of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine in a Drug Free Zone.
