COURT DISPOSITIONS
FOR MARCH 2014

15TH DISTRICT COURT

FOTHERGILL, DAVID
25, from Gordonville, pled guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault and Injury to Elderly with Intent to Cause Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to 55 years in prison on each.

GIESKE, DEAN
40, from McKinney, pled guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 22 years in prison.

FERGUSON, MICHAEL
22, from Gunter, was sentenced to eight years in prison on each charge of failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted on three charges of Burglary of Habitation. Ferguson was also sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Building.

GOLSTON, STACY
22, from Denison, pled guilty to Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Goldson also pled guilty to Online Solicitation of a Minor - Sexual Contact and was sentenced to seven years in prison.

GARRISON, CORY
36, from Alva, Ok., was sentenced to seven years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

GARCIA-HERNANDEZ, MARIO
21, from McKinney, was sentenced to seven years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation.

CURTIS, SETH
21, from Gordonville, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to six years in prison. Curtis also pled guilty to two charges of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to three years in prison and $2,650 restitution. Curtis also pled guilty to Criminal Mischief and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail and $2,650 restitution.

FREEMAN, THOMAS
41, from Denison, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm By Felon and was sentenced to five years in prison. Freeman also pled guilty to two charges of Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to two years in state jail.

GENTRY, DEVIN
25, from Sherman, pled guilty to one charge of Forgery of Government Instrument and one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years in prison on each. Gentry also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.

29, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years in prison.

45, from Whitesboro, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Hindering Apprehension of a Felon.

36, from Sherman, was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

40, from Gordonville, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Assault Family Household Member with Previous Conviction and was sentenced by the judge to 10 years in prison, probated for 10 years, and a $1,500 fine.

28, from Wylie, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Heroin, and one charge of Driving While Intoxicated With A Child and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for eight years on each charge, and completion of Substance Abuse Facility Punishment Facility.

39, from Sherman, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for eight years, a $1,000 fine, and 21 days in county jail.

43, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for eight years, a $750 fine, and 90 days in county jail.

31, from Denison, pled guilty to Fraudulent Possession of Controlled Substance – Hydrocodone and was sentenced to seven years in prison, probated for four years.

35, from Sherman, pled guilty to Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Zolipidem or Quetiapine and was sentenced to five years in prison, probated for five years, 30 days county jail, and Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility. Foster also pled guilty to Theft of Property Under $1,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated for five years, a $1,500 fine, and 30 days in county jail.
