FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- Help could be near for Fannin County farmers who were affected by this year's drought.

The Farm Service Agency in Fannin County is accepting applications for emergency loans. Generally, farmers who have lost 30 percent or more of their production due to the drought are eligible for the loans.
