SHERMAN, TX-- After almost a week of searching, two suspected fugitives are in police custody.
The U-S Marshal's "Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force" pulled over the husband and wife, off of Highway 82, just west of Sherman.
Jeff McKinney. was arrested on five different warrants for Motion to Revoke Probation and one charge of Fugitive from Justice.
Nicole McKinney was arrested on Theft by Check and a charge of Fugitive from Justice.
Police had been searching for the two since last Thursday, when they allegedly stole a truck with a gun inside, drove from Sherman to Colbert and bailed out near the Denison Dam.
