Roads will remain treacherous from snow and sleet until mid-day, when sunshine should melt most of it away. Snow is likely to remain on the ground until Friday.
CARTER COUNTY, OK -- A man being held on multiple charges in Love and Carter counties had a second hearing this week.
James Conn Nipp was in court for endangering others while eluding police in a chase that happened in Love County in January.
Nipp waived his right to his preliminary hearing and will have his next day in court on April 23rd.
Investigators believe Nipp also led police on a chase with Molly Miller and Colt Haynes in the car in July.
The two haven't been seen or heard from since.
