MISSISSIPPI -- A former state senator from Texoma has been indicted on embezzlement charges in Mississippi.
Jay Paul Gumm served as Oklahoma State Senator for district 6 from 2002 to 2010.
After that Gumm became an economic development official in Stone County Mississippi.
