STEPHENS COUNTY, OK -- A Stephens County man, accused of killing a teenage girl has been bound over for trial.
According to KSWO, A judge entered a plea of not guilty to first-degree murder for 22-year-old Miles Bench.
He's accused of killing 16-year-old Braylee Henry last June.
She was found dead in a pasture in Velma near a home where Bench had been living.
Bench could face the death penalty if convicted.
Court records show that his jury trial is set for January 13th.
