DICKSON, OK -- The judge has recused himself in the case involving a former Dickson school teacher accused of having sex with students.

The Murray County D.A.'s office say Judge Aaron Duck has withdrawn from the case.

Online court records show the case is to be reassigned for initial appearance by Judge Wallace Coppedge on a future date.

The D.A. and judge's offices did not comment on why Duck recused himself.

Stephanie Ringwald is charged with second degree rape among other charges.

Her next court date is set for November 12th.
