CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK -- Hank Williams has been sentenced to five years in prison for first degree rape.

After more than three hours of deliberation yesterday, the jury found 37-year-old Williams guilty on one count of first-degree rape and not guilty on the second count.

Williams was arrested in May of last year for two charges of first-degree rape of a child under the age of 14.

Williams will get credit for the year and a half he spent in the Choctaw County Jail.
