Kingston landlord accused of rape back in court

MADILL, OK - A Marshall County man authorities said sexually assaulted five young girls was in court Wednesday morning.

59-year-old Randolph Derebery of Kingston was arraigned on a rape by instrumentation charge at 10:30 a.m.

Derebery has been arrested three separate times for molesting five different girls.

In June, a judge decided there was enough evidence to send Derebery to a jury trial regarding one of his four sex crime charges.

The trial date is set for Oct. 22.

He is being held in the Marshall County jail on a $1.9 million bond.
