LAKE TEXOMA -- Recent rains have brought Lake Texoma's water levels up.
The Army Corps of Engineers says the lake has risen nearly two feet in the last 30 days which now makes the lake just over eight feet below normal for this time of year. That is up from ten feet below.
While this is good news for Lake Texoma lake officials still ask summer boaters to beware of added boat hazards, such as sandbars, exposed stumps and rock bars.
