LAMAR COUNTY, TX-- The Lamar County Veterans Services Officer, who was asked to resign, is now seeking advice from council.

Rhoda Rogers tells us she has not submitted her resignation letter.

On Monday, commissioners unanimously requested that Rhonda Rogers resign, after several veterans came forward expressing concerns with her.

She verbally agreed and said she would submit her resignation Tuesday, but never did. County Judge Chuck Superville says, if they don't receive a letter by their next meeting the item will be back on the agenda.
