DURANT, OK -- Oklahoma's second in command says he'll take the concerns of area businesses to the capitol next year.

REI and the State Chamber hosted the "Lieutenant Governor's Southeastern Summit" Wednesday.

Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb talked with businesses about the challenges they face as they grow..

Some of the hottest topics, health care, taxes, workforce development, and regulatory issues.

"It was a very good summit because it was a very candid discussion. We had many different businesses and industries represented. That provides a more diverse discussion and a healthier discussion and people weren't bashful. That's always helpful when you're trying to have a dialogue," said Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb.

Lamb says the issues they talked about Wednesday will go before the legislature in February 2013..
