Local pharmacy gives back to community with free vitamins

ARDMORE, OK - A local pharmacy is giving out free vitamins for children in Ardmore.

Owners of Reed Family Pharmacy on Broadway St. said it's an effort to increase the total health and well-being of the children in the community.

They said multi vitamins improve the immune system.

Studies also show vitamins can increase school attendance and test scores when combined with good nutrition.

Reed Family Pharmacy said enrollment forms for the free vitamin program is available at local daycares as well as at Ardmore, Dickson, Lone Grove and Plainview Springer schools.
