TUSHKA, OK -- One man is dead after being hit by a train in Tushka late Wednesday night.
OHP says just after 11 p.m. the conductor reported seeing a man lying across the track right off of Boggy Depot Road, he couldn't stop the train and hit the man.
Troopers identify the man as 58 year old James Littleton, of Tushka.
OHP troopers say they spoke with Littleton's family, who say he walks near those tracks each night and they were shocked by the news.
Troopers say there was evidence Littleton may have been drinking, but an autopsy will be performed to determine his cause of death.
An investigation is underway into why he was lying on the tracks.
