HUNT COUNTY, TX-- A Greenville man has been indicted for allegedly causing a head on collision that killed a Paris man last fall.
28 year old Mathew Daggs is charged with one count of criminally negligent homicide.
Last October, Daggs was headed northbound on SH 224 when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit another vehicle, driven by 48 year old Billy Perry of Paris.
Perry was pronounced dead on scene.
Daggs is being held on a $200,000 bond. If convicted, Daggs could face up to two years behind bars.
