BONHAM, TX – Police have jailed a man on a capital murder charge in the death of a two-year-old child.
Bonham Chief Mike Bankston says Michael-Chaz Allen Herman is in custody for Capital Murder of a Person under the age of 6 in connection with the death of Logan Leann Lively.
Bankston said Herman has also been charged with Injury to a Child in connection with injuries received by another child who police identified as a sibling of Logan Lively.
Bankston also said according to medical reports, both children had evidence of blunt force trauma to the head area.
