Marshall Co. shooting suspect face more charges

MARSHALL CO., OK-More charges have been filed against a man accused in the shooting of a Marshall county woman almost a month ago.
Joshua Scott now faces two counts of "first degree murder" and "conspiracy to commit first degree murder" in the deaths of 20-year-old Ashleigh Lindsey and her unborn child.
He is also facing burglary charges.
Investigators said Scott and his roommate, Joshua Mahaffey, broke into Lindsey's Kingston home July 13th. Authorities said Mahaffey shot Lindsey, then killed himself.
Scott is held in the Marshall county jail without bond.
His preliminary hearing is set for November.
