Judge denies lower bond for Marshall Co. man accused of child sex crimes

MADILL, OK-- A Marshall County Man facing several sex crime charges will remain in jail after he was denied a lower bond.

Randolph Derebery's preliminary hearing was held today in the case of the first two alleged victims. The girls came forward in early April he was arrested then posted bond and was released.

Derebery was jailed two more times on similar charges and bonded out each time, all in the past month. He was arrested again Tuesday after a fifth victim came forward.

His bond was set at 1.9 million dollars and the motion to reduce that bond to 50 thousand was denied today. Derebery is due back in court June 13th for trial for the initial two charges of lewd molestation.
