MADILL, OK--A Marshall county man accused of sexually abusing four minors is behind bars again after a 5th victim comes forward.

Randolph Derebery was arrested again Tuesday on charges of lewd molestation after authorities said a fifth victim came forward. This time his bond was set at 1.9 million dollars a great deal more than his previous bonds.

Randolph Derebery has bonded out three different times in the past month for three separate sex crimes against four children. He was arrested again Tuesday for lewd molestation after a joint investigation into the claims of a fifth victim.

"He's exactly where he need to be right now I think it's too early in the investigation to call him a serial molester at this point but he's certainly headed in that direction this is victim number five" said Undersheriff Donny Raley.

Derebery's bond was set at 1.9 million dollars. Tomorrow a judge will decided whether or not this bond will be lowered like the previous bonds were.

"we've always asked for a high bond the judge certainly has his reasons for lowering a bond but we were very pleased with the bond that we Derebery received today" said Undersheriff Donny Raley.

Derebery was first arrested for lewd molestation of two children under the age of 16 in early April in the weeks following. Another victim came forward and was arrested for Rape of a minor. The fourth victim came forward shortly after and Derebery was then arrested for lewd act with a child under the age of 16.

"We still believe there may be other victims out there" said Undersheriff Donny Raley.

Marshall County Undersheriff Donny Raley said he hopes the high bond will keep Derebery in jail so other potential victims won't be afraid to come forward.

"And as long as he's out walking the street then they are in fear because of things he's told them in the past" said Undersheriff Donny Raley.

Dereberry is due in court this Friday for the first case involving two victims. He is now facing 5 Felony offenses. if convicted could face up to 20 years in prison for every offense

All the evidence is there against Randolph Derebery. These children are not lying! My daughter for one would not lie about some stuff like this. So before you start your mud slinging, why don't you think about these kids and their ages. They don't deserve the stuff that is being said about them. THEY ARE VICTIMS. And as far as his family supporting him, they are just as sick and disgusting as he is. How in the world could his f*cked up wife sit through court and hear what these kids have said and still stick by the nasty a** individual. She's just as sick and twisted as he is! He deserves the life in prison and then some he is facing. I hope he becomes someones b*tch in prison. He deserves the maximum on each case for taking these kids innocence and for them having to be put through not only court but face every day with this on their shoulders. They didn't deserve this now did they ask for it. He is a disgusting serial child molester. And I for one believe these children. Just one look at this person and he looks like a child molester. These FIVE victims derserve respect for having the courage to come forward and tell their stories because it's not the easiest thing to talk about and putting this idiot where he belongs.. really he deserves to be put under the jail but that'll soon come!!!

All of the vigilantes out there need to put the rope away.... in the united states a person is innocent untill proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of their peers. Right now, there are only accusations of a crime-anyone can accuse another person of anything they want to- I would hope that law enforcement would have the foresight to give accusers a polygraph to determine if accusations had merit before putting a person behind bars with a nearly 2 million $ bail. Of course teenagers never lie or do anything wrong in a perfect world but this is not a perfect world. If this man is found guilty then he should be punished but only after he gets a fair trial which looks like an impossible feat among the vigilantes of texoma. For all those that want so called justice without proof beyond a reasonable doubt- be carefull someone may accuse you of some horrendous act that you could pay the consequences for, guilty or not.

fairminded~no offense, but i lost my fairmind some time ago....he is alive & well in the custody of marshall county (and should stay there) his nearly 2 million dollar bond did not come into play until the 5th victim came forward-yes, we feel its sufficient...nobody has ever said that this is a perfect world~in a perfect world, freaks like this man would not exist and our children would be safe & just for your information, only the first 2 victims have even made it to their teenaged years-what if it were your child or grandchild? yes, we pray for red neck justice but also, we know that realistically, we have to try to convince our children that there is a justice system and we should allow it to work

"as he has ruined these little girls." Is this the voice of experience? If they are "ruined" will we throw them away? I'm thinking it will be best to make some lemonade out of this lemon. There is no benefit from calling them "ruined"! They have learned some life lessons early. Much that is good can come from it!

Another opportunity for the law to demonstrate it's inability to control morality. Knowing nothing about the circumstances or hard facts, what do you expect? How were you introduced to sex? Were any laws broken? How many grown women out there were not "approached" somehow by someone that should not have? In a perfect world, how will young people establish their sexuality? I really don't like the victim mentality. All things can be overcome. Jail has fixed very few things. It costs a lot of money. The best a parent can do is minimize their young from exposure. That's a tall order in todays world. I like hillbilly justice. Keep the law out of it!

To answer your questions, my father; yes; there aren't any; explore it with an older gentleman.

Thanks Susie Q. Of course I have a few more questions. Hope you're willing to continue your candidness. Do you think of yourself as a victim? Any irrepairable damage? How old should the girl be and how old is an older gentleman? Should the older gentleman have had multiple partners? I don't wish to turn you off. I just don't think the law can fix anything, especially if it ain't broke!

In a free country, why 16? Are/were you promiscuous? Is there any remaining purpose or hope for marriage? Is getting what we want to be limited by anything or anyone?

amber-i thank god that you did not have to experience the horrors that these girls have had to go through at the hands of this man....you could question it with 1 case, but there are now 5 girls that have come forward with accusations of molestation-these girls will forever live with the emotional scars of what this man did to them, it only seems fitting that he live forever with the consequences of what he has done

i agree with you. but i am still going to wait until the court hearing to be able to say he did these things or not. i have a lot of love for this man. it is very hard for me to even understand that this is all going on. i feel for his family as well. even if he has done this then they are hurting too. having to deal with the media and the thought that theyre husband/step father could do these things. if he has

The little girls in this situation doesn't need others ignorance to make them feel guilty or like it's their fault he violated them. They are victims. They deserve respect and for people to keep their foolish comments to themselves. These kids are old enough to get on a website like this and see what insults you throw at them. Randolph Derebery is a disgusting individual and he deserves to rot in hell for what he has to these children. I for one am very proud at the strength and courage it took for these five victims to come forward and get this monster off the street. He deserves to rot in the county jail. They should let him out with the rest of the inmates!! Oh wait, they can't because he would get the hillbilly justice he so rightfully deserves. These little girls deserve justice and hopefully they'll get it this time around and he'll have to stay in jail indefinitely!
