SHERMAN, TX -- Public hearings regarding two major projects in Sherman will be held at Monday night's city council meeting.
Mayor Cary Wacker says a hearing will be held over a zoning change for a troubled youth home on Lamar Street, near downtown.
She says it would help boys complete high school and figure out a career path.
Wacker says a hearing will also be held over a large car wash that would be built near Sherman Town Center.
The meeting will be held at 5 PM at City Hall.
