Men recognized for working on new Denison business

DENISON, TX Four South Korean Men were recognized at Denison's City Council Meeting Monday night for their hard work. For two months they have been setting up machinery for Visionary Industrial Insulation.

The company's Vice President Ross Rolirad says their product originates in South Korea. He says full production will start at the end of the month and that the business could bring up to 120 jobs to the area.

"We've been selling all over the country all over North America. Then a year ago we obtained exclusive rights to manufacture in the United States, and that's what we are doing now with our site over here is bringing jobs back to the U.S.A and manufacturing here in Denison, Texas," Rolirad.

Also at Monday's meeting the council reviewed the current draft of Downtown Denison's Streetscape Master Plan and discussed a new city ordinance that would require a permit to hold a monitored alarm system and would fine alarm holders after four false calls a year.

Both the master plan and alarm ordinance will be voted on at the next meeting.
