Mothers Day at the Chickasaw Culture Center

SULPHUR, OK--Mother's Day is tomorrow but Texoma communities are showing their appreciation a day early. Dozens of families gathered at the Chickasaw Culture Center in Sulphur today for a mother's day celebration.

The day began with a song and a traditional stomp dance to honor all the moms, followed by a card workshop. The event will also be held tomorrow and will start at noon and mother's receive free admission into the exhibit along with free cookies and teas.
