MURRAY COUNTY, OK -- Oklahoma troopers say drowsiness may have been the cause of a deadly accident Sunday morning.
According to reports three young adults were driving south on Interstate 35 when the driver lost control, hit a guard rail, then crossed three lanes of traffic and broke through another guard rail landing on Highway 77.
One passenger died at the scene, another is listed in critical condition at OU Medical Center. The third person was taken to Mercy Hospital in Ardmore and has been released.
They are not releasing the name at this time.
