ARDMORE, OKLAHOMA -- The Ardmore branch of the NAACP will be host a community forum next month, they say, to discuss recent concerns.

President William Smith says they invite community members to join them September 9th.

To discuss how residents can work together to "end the misguided police practices in our communities."

Smith says the open forum will start at 6:30 p.m., and says Brady Henderson, Legal Director of the Oklahoma American Civil Liberties Union, will be the Key Note Speaker.

The forum will be held at the Education Building at the Warren Memorial Methodist Church, 1220 L St. Corner of Sam Noble and L St., formally the Gloria Ainsworth Day Care.
