GAINESVILLE, TX - North Central Texas Community College has received over $1.5 million in the successful mediation of a lawsuit.

NCTC filed a lawsuit in 2009 against various contractors for the poor design of their $5 million performing arts center, which the school says leaked and caused mold.

The lawsuit was mediated for months until August of last year, but the results couldn't be released until this week when all action had been completed.
