GRAHAM, OK - Charges have been filed in a fatal crash that killed three family members last March.

Records show 31-year-old Lacey Bivens is facing three counts of negligent homicide.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Captain Ronnie Hampton said Bivens was driving on State Highway 53 near Graham when she struck another vehicle head on. 72-year-old Beverly Roper, 51-year-old Rhonda Russell and 12-year-old Mary Rose Verholtz died as a result of their injuries.

Bivens was not seriously hurt. Troopers said sleepiness may have been a factor in the crash.

Bivens is expected in court for her initial appearance March 14.
