New Sherman Mayor sworn in

SHERMAN, TX-- Sherman's new Mayor was sworn into office Wednesday, and after the festivities, she told KXII all about her plans for the future of the city.

Cary Wacker said, "As we move forward, we hope to be able to do a little more, we hope to turn some attention towards how Sherman looks, its appearance over."

Wacker won the office by just 169 votes during the general election on November 6th.

She replaces Bill Magers, who termed out after 7 and 1/2 years.
