Wednesday and Thursday are Weather Aware days due to the potential for locally heavy rainfall. Beware of flooded road-ways and never drive around barricades or into water more than six inches deep. High rainfall rates may reduce visibility and also increase the risk of hydroplaning. Turn around, don’t drown! Isolated strong thunderstorms may develop late Wednesday afternoon, but widespread severe weather does not appear to be likely at this time.
FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- New bond conditions have been set for the former Bonham teacher accused of abusing a special needs student.
30-year-old Adriane Connerley was out on bond, for unlawful restraint and aggravated assault, when she allegedly called a witness in the case against her, berated the witness and asked them to change testimony details.
Connerly was arrested for tampering with a witness.
The Fannin County District Attorney's office says the judge denied a motion to declare her bond insufficient, but said she can not contact witnesses or their family members and by Thursday she must have a GPS monitor on her person.
