PONTOTOC COUNTY, OK -- A reconstruction expert will help investigate a motorcycle crash that killed an Ada High School student last week.

18- year-old Cody Johnson was pronounced dead after he crashed along SH 3 Wednesday night.

OHP Captain Ronnie Hampton says after reviewing surveillance and conducting nearly 25 interviews troopers no longer believe Johnson struck another vehicle or an animal in the roadway. They originally thought Johnson may have hit a stock trailer being pulled by a pickup.

Hampton says they expect to complete the investigation in the next few weeks.
