HUGO, OK - A man is in stable condition after he was shot outside a Hugo apartment complex around 8 last night.
The Choctaw County Sheriff's Office says the victim is a 21-year-old white male.
They say people in the area report hearing 9 shots.
The sheriff's office says it was a small caliber handgun.
The victim declined to press charges and is not cooperating with the investigation.
The sheriff's office says they haven't been able to find any other witnesses.
