No injures reported in Denison gas line break

DENISON, TX -- The Denison Fire Department says a construction crew broke an unmarked gas line near Perrin Air Field in Denison Wednesday.

The crew was making improvements to the land when they hit the gas line.

The fire department evacuated only those in the immediate area of the leak.

Denison Fire Battalion Chief, Bruce Geilhausen, says Atmos came out to turn off the gas quickly.

No one was injured.
