CARTER COUNTY, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway patrol is looking for a man they say is connected with the pursuit of Molly Miller and Colt Haynes.

Troopers believe James Conn Nipp drove the car involved in a police chase that happened back in the summer. OHP said they believe Miller and Haynes were passengers in the car involved in the chase.

Friday afternoon troopers arrested Sabrina Graham, 32, in connection with the case for filing a false insurance claim. The 2012 Honda Accord police pursued back in July belonged to Graham and she reported it stolen, troopers said.

But OHP said they have reason to believe it wasn't actually stolen - and that Graham gave permission for the car to be used.

OHP issued a warrant yesterday for Nipps arrest.

"Nipp is still at large, considered a fugitive. He is wanted for felony eluding a police officer while endangering others," said Lt. Jay Clary.

OHP expects more arrests to follow. They ask the public to contact law enforcement if they have any information on Nipp.
