BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- With the blue-green algae advisory lifted officials say Lake Texoma was busier this holiday than last.

They say overall, it has been a safe weekend. While lake patrol has been busy with all the traffic on the lake they say there have been no reports of any major accidents or injuries on the water.

Lake goers agree with so many boats out and rough waters they were being extra careful.

The corps says the nice weather definitely played a role in the increased number of visitors.
