Court date rescheduled for parents in infant's death

ARDMORE, OK -- The court dates have been rescheduled for two Ohio parents charged with child neglect in the death of their baby daughter.

Both Angela and Christopher Randolph were set for preliminary conference at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Angela's was continued until March 25th at 9 a.m.

Christopher is set for a post-competency hearing on March 10th at 4 p.m.

The parents were originally charged with second degree murder but District Attorney Craig Ladd says the charges were changed to child neglect after an autopsy report was released.

Police say the couple drove from Ohio to Carter County in a vehicle with no air conditioning in August and heat played a role in the child's death.
