ATOKA COUNTY, OK -- After two years on the run an Oklahoma man wanted for a fatal accident in Pontotoc County has been arrested.
The U.S. Marshals arrested 32-year-old Marvin Poindexter Tuesday in Atoka County.
He's charged with drug trafficking and first degree manslaughter.
According to an affidavit, Poindexter crashed his vehicle killing one person and severely injuring another in November of 2011.
Investigators found he was under the influence of drugs when he drove off the roadway, they also found 30 grams of meth in the car.
Poindexter is now in the Atoka county jail awaiting transport.
