BRYAN CO., OK -- One man is dead, another hospitalized after a crash in Bryan County Wednesday morning.

Troopers say around 10:30 a.m a truck headed east on FM 22 just west of 69-75 swerved into the westbound lane hitting an elderly man in a Mustang head on.

The man in the Mustang died at the scene.

Trooper BJ Keeling says they're investigating what caused the crash.

Keeling says, "There's numerous possibilities, people work all the time, they work all night, people text and drive on their cell phones all the time, people are intoxicated all the time whether they're on medications or under alcohol, you know until we find out the cause we won't know."

The truck driver, Cody Eldridge of Caddo, was flown to Plano Medical Center where he was treated and released.
