PARIS, TX-- Paris Police are investigating a home burglary, after over $1,000 worth of items were reported stolen.
Paris Police say they responded to a home, just before 6 P.M. Thursday, in the 100-block of NW 30th Street.
The person living at the residence told officers the owner made arrangements to have someone repair the air conditioner. The owner said to leave the side door unlocked since the renter was not going to be home at the time of the repairs.
When the renter returned, numerous items were missing and the air conditioner still had not been fixed.
