PAOLI, OK -- We are learning more details about Monday's murder suicide in Paoli, but authorities say they're still looking for a motive.

Jo High says she knew Noel Sanchez.

High says, "he has been to church off and on for the last few years with us."

Monday the 22 year old was shot and killed by his mother's boyfriend.
Paoli police say the 911 call came in shortly after 11 a.m.

Garvin County Investigators say 58 year old Antonio Reynoso shot Sanchez then barricaded himself inside the home off West Street and shot himself.

Now authorities are left with the question, why?

According to Garvin County Sheriff Larry Rhodes"after OHP completed their tactics and gained entry into the home, we are now conducting a search warrant at this time to go in and complete our investigation."

Rhodes says there was an unreported history of domestic violence at the home - which may have led to the shooting.

OSBI is assisting with the investigation.

High says, "They said that he had shot his step son and that he didn't want to come out"

Deputies later discovered Reynoso's lengthy criminal record in California and several aliases he'd used.

Witnesses at the scene told us Reynoso was determined not to go back to prison.
