PARIS, TX-- After the Paris City Council couldn't agree on who should fill the two open PEDC spots, the issue is back on the agenda for Monday's meeting.

Five applicants have applied for the two vacant spots.

One spot became available Bruce Carr resigned from his position, and Vicki Ballard did not seek reappointment. The PEDC is currently being investigated by an audit company after the council received an anonymous letter alleging misconduct.

At the last council meeting, the city attorney told residents, the FBI found no criminal activity.
