PARIS, TX-- A new, non-traditional high school is coming to Paris ISD, after a unanimous vote by the board of trustees.
Superintendent Paul Jones says, the high school will be called the Travis High School, High School of Choice and will be using the district's Alternative School campus and faculty that are already in place.
Jones says they can have up to 100 students apply, targeting those who must work, need to graduate early or cannot learn in a traditional setting.
Applications will be available after next month's board meeting.
The campus will open in the fall.
