PARIS, TX-- A Paris man wanted for an armed robbery at a local hardware store is now behind bars.

Around 10 Thursday morning, Paris Police arrested 23 year old Zachary Simmons.

In January, police say Simmons entered Swaim's Hardware, in the 200 block of Southwest 1st Street, pulled out a gun and ordered the employee to the ground. He got away with two guns.

Two months before that, Simmons was arrested for indecent exposure. According to online court records, he was sentenced at the end of January to 120 days in jail for the crime.

He's currently being held at the Paris Police station awaiting transfer to the Lamar County Jail.
