PARIS, TX-- A Paris man, who police say swung a hatchet at several people in July, has been indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Tony Ray House, 32, was arrested earlier this month on a warrant, for allegedly threatening to assault multiple people, including his ex-wife, with a medieval weapon.

Officials say during the incident, in the 1700 Block of West Henderson, he also broke a car window with the hatchet.

He will be formally arraigned on October 22.
